# NFTs

Having numerous use-cases for NFTs within the CrypCade metaverse, all NFTs will be utility based. The CrypCade metaverse offers a multitude of options for a business to integrate their NFTs and provide immediate and quantifiable utility to the owner, some of which we present below. The team will work closely with the partners to build and integrate their products as utility NFTs.

> **Rentable Apartments** - The CrypCade economy is designed to be self-sustaining and NFT holders can generate passive income by renting out their private spaces via an ERC4907 in the NFT Marketplace.

> **CrypCade Keys** - The CrypCade Keys come in 4 different tier levels and provide different perks per tier. This includes access to restricted zones and buildings, guaranteed allocation to future drops. Early access to new zones and beta testing on new project integrations. Bonus's to staked tokens as part of the staking pool. In game perks such as boosts and premium extras.&#x20;

**In-game Perks** - There is also high demand for NFTs that boost your visual appearance or provide you with unique social interaction assets. NFTs could give your character more speed, higher jumps or different addons like special dance moves.

> **NFT Purchases** - Users can purchase NFTs from various outlets including via 3rd party Marketplaces such as OpenSea, via the Website CrypCade.city, or directly within the metaverse itself through the NFT Shop.

> **NFT Gallery** - Showcase all of your NFTs in your own private space. Holders of a CrypCade Apartment NFT can showcase the NFTs they have purchased within the metaverse as well as NFTs they have collected from other marketplaces including NFTs they have created and deployed onto the blockchain themselves. They can invite other users into their spaces to show off their collection and host parties.&#x20;
